Leila has replied to your posts on Facebook, but I'll reply here just in case anyone else was wondering about this.
First of all - I would suggest that everyone reads Wendy's Blog post, as it does give detail about the acquisition, and will help avoid any misunderstandings. For example; none of the management team are leaving as a result of this deal.
We remain committed to our existing customer base, and we're quite aware that we'd be nowhere without them. We have no intention of 'screwing over' Reseller account holders, and don't actually see that to be the case. Yell currently offer website packages based on completely different software, which isn't in direct competition with us - indeed; this is part of the reason that Yell were interested in Moonfruit in the first place. We will continue to sell sites under the Moonfruit brand, and the existing packages will continue to be available.
Whilst Yell are planning to offer the SiteMaker software to customers under their own brand, this is something that various partners have done for years, without noticeable harm to our Resellers. Some of these partners already offer design services in addition to use of the software.
