Where is my monthly fee going? Website views as 'free' version.

I've been paying for standard service-now on 2nd month, but my website says it's the free version. Because of this I'm unable to contact customer support for help. What is the monthly fee paid to " WP-SITEMAKERLIVE.COM 020 07/16WP-SITEMA..." going towards. Need help please!

Hello,

From looking at your account "femals" is a free account, this has not been upgraded. With regards to the payment you are seeing, do you perhaps have a second account with a different username? If you could also provide me with your site address, this will help me locate your account?

Thanks for the quick response. I'm the first to admit my noobness when it comes to Moonfruit. Not sure where the payment is going, other than I was able to remove the 'moonfruit' from my address when I made initial payment- femalspainting.com. I wouldn't doubt it if I were to have a couple accounts, although that wasn't my plan...

not sure if this response is public so i'll not include personal info. I will gladly include such info. if/when needed!

Hi,

I have also just found a rather large debit from an account with similar details!! Can you please let me know how I get this refunded as I also only have one 'free' account?

Hi,

This account has not been billed, nor is your email address associated with a paying account. This means that there will be another account somewhere which is billing you. Would have received an email confirmation of the payment, which includes a merchant cart reference, if you can get this to me, I can locate the payment for you.
