how can i delete my account?

Hi,

You can delete your site by logging in to your site click Admin--->Delete site.  But if you would like to delete your account, please advise and we will do it for you.

If you are a paid subscriber though, please don't forget to cancel your subscription if you have a FuturePay agreement set up through RBS WorldPay. You can do this through by logging in to your Account on Moonfruit.com > Billing > Cancel your subscription.

Paid subscribers who wish to close their account can also contact Support to place a request. This is to ensure we get the request from the site owner.

Well I cancelled my payment yesterday. And I want to delete my account now too.

You should use the 'Submit a request' link so that we collect some account details.

I have closed your account now. The decision to remove the non-moonfruit.com extensions was part of the re-launch of the site, but we are now reviewing this as a result of feedback received.

We've deleted the last three as requested but in future if you wish to delete your account please contact support and place a formal request. If you have reasons for wishing to close your account that would be very much appreciated so we can better understand what isn't working.
