There are two simple steps:

  1. The first thing to do is contact your current registrar (the current domain name provider) of the domain name and specify which registrar (provider) you want your domain transferred to. Only you can do this as the legal owner of the domain. This operation is called a "PUSH" or "PUSHING YOUR DOMAIN".
    • Our IPS TAG is : GANDI

  2. Only, after your current registrar has confirmed that the IPS TAG has been changed to GANDI, should you then go to our domains panel and complete a “Transfer” purchase. This will begin the process of transferring your domain name from your current registrar to us.

NB. Please ensure you back up all your mail locally (to your computer) before starting the transfer process. Transferring your domain will mean any associated email addresses (with your domain) and mailboxes will be wiped from the mail servers of your current registrar.
