This can be done quite simply through the Domains module. Go to Domains on the toolbar and then use the Manage (your domain) tab. You will see a list of one or more domains. With each domain you can create up to five mailboxes or set a forward on your email address to push mail to an external account.
Each domain will have its own section in the panel. To set up email (a forward or a mailbox) use the following steps:
Forward your mail
Setting up mail forwarding allows you to use your mail address to redirect emails to another external email address, e.g. gmail, hotmail, yahoo.
NB. Forwarded addresses do NOT have mailboxes so you can't login to this address, it simply forwards mail to another email account where you can retrieve your mail. To set up a forward:
Create a Mailbox
A mailbox is like a postal mailbox - this is where your mail is delivered to and you can retrieve (or send) it.
So to set up a mailbox follow these steps from the Email & Settings section:
The full mailbox address (the bit you added before the '@' plus your domain name) is also the mailbox username. You can only access mail in your mailbox using this address and the password that you originally created for the mailbox.
Mailbox Aliases
Once your mailbox is set up you can also add unlimited aliases. For example you could create a Sales mailbox (sales@mydomain.com) and have a number of individual aliases e.g. john@mydomain.com, sally@mydomain.com, mike@mydomain.com. Any mail mail sent to the alias addresses will be delivered to the Sales (sales@mydomain.com) mailbox.
Please be aware that you cannot login using an alias and all alias addresses MUST be unique across the whole account. Creating any duplicates addresses can cause a conflict and mail may NOT be delivered. To set up an alias address use the following steps:
NB. Remember you cannot login to your mailbox using an alias - you must use the mailbox address
