Is there a Refund Policy?

We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on new subscriptions. You'll receive a complete refund if you cancel a package within 30 days from the date of your initial order.

However, if you use one or more of the free domain vouchers provided with a subscription, then we reserve the right to cover the cost of all vouchers used and refund the difference - if any remains. The domain vouchers are only provide free of charge to fully paid subscriptions (monthly or annual). Requesting a refund on your subscription makes this offer null and void.

The 30-day Money Back Guarantee applies to our subscription packages only.
