Its ok, mine isn't working too. Moonfruit doesn't care as my log still hasn't been answered.
If you haven't paid anything... dont.
This is my first experience of uploading files and I can't.
Mine also is not working...so frustrating! This is the first time I had this issue and have been actively using since November

Hi All,
This issue should now be resolved. (http://support.moonfruit.com/entries/21748281-resolved-upload-issues-for-some-customers)
Please let me know if you are still experiencing any issues in relation to Upload files.
Kind regards,

I have not joined or payed for Moonfruit yet! and I am really pleased that I did not, as I have had mega problem loading very small files to this site, the file sizes are less than half a meg...so don't think i will be joining this site anytime soon...Especially if you are running a business you just cannot take this chance of a wannabe website provider, try Jimdo pro...same kind of thing and at least it works....
Hi lucaswarren,
I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with uploading small files. Can you please clarify if you are receiving any error message art all?
Kind regards,
Richard
Does Jimdo still take a 5% cut from everything you sell via your website on the pro package and 10% on the free package?
I have a new problem now, after having resolved the j-peg files this has been sorted out, great! However, I now have a new problem which is, I am now unable to change my domain name from one website to moonfruit, and the other problem I am facing is the website after I have designed it, does not look the same when other users open it, All the pages are out of sink.? WHY? I have sent 4 messages trying to get this resolved, the only problem now is my SITE has gone live....big problem for me in little China....so a little cheesed off
A similar problem was reported to me recently - it turned out that the viewer had their page zoom on 110%
Hello, I've been having problems with the uploader for the past 3 days. I thought it would go away, but it didn't. When uploading pictures, it will say Waiting or Pending... then nothing. I see that it was suppsed to be resolved, but I guess the problem's come up again :( Please see to this as soon as possible. I just recently put my site up and not being able to update makes managing it very stressful.
Hi lucaswarren,
Can you please clarify which domain you are referring to and which site you would like it assigned to? From looking at your website, everything look perfectly fine, nothing seems to be out of sync, can you please clarify the issue in more detail for me?
Thanks,
Richard.
Hi manicmargo,
As far as I am aware the uploader issue was resolved. Can you please clarify, what size and type of image you are uploading to your site? Are you able to upload an image using a different browser?
If you could let me know how you get on with this, I would really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Richard.
Hello Richard, the uploader problem seems to persist with Internet Explorer (I'm unfortunately stuck with this since I update my site a lot with my work computer). For those 3 days, it wasn't working with even my home computer (it has Google Chrome) except for one particular day when it finally did upload for me. I'll check with Chrome again if the uploader works and hopefully see whether it's just affected by the browser or by something else. Thanks to you, too!
Hi manicmargo,
Thanks for the update, how did you get on with using Chrome?
Thanks,
Richard.
I have managed to upload just 3 photos and now when I try to upload further photos I have an error message saying I have reached my quota. 3 photographs???? Is that it??????????????
Hello "champagnediscovery"
As you are using a free package you are limited to 20MB of storage, unfortunately you are on the borderline of exceeding this quota. If you would like to upload more image you would need to upgrade your account. Please see our pricing plan for more information.

Hi Richard
I am now having this upload issue.
I have tried Chrome, Safari and Firefox. I have the latest Flash Player. I have cleared my history and cookies.
Yet everytime I try to upload a jpg to my site, it freezes at 100%. I have tried several jpgs ranging from 1 MB to 6MB. I have tried uploading on two of my moonfruit sites but the upload freezes on 100% on both sites.
I emailed the help service, who responded initially, but I now havn't heard from them in 26 hours. This is the third day I try to build my site and it's very frustrating to not be able to! :-(
Any advice?
Thanks!
Nat
Hello Nat,
Thank you for your query.
I have opened a support ticket regarding this issue, please look out for this in your registered inbox.
Kind regards,
Richard
Was thinking of upgrading and not to sure if I will since the picture uploader ins't working and the tech support has taken so long to fix this issue. Bummer really liked the site.
This is also not working for my site. Tried uploading from multiple browsers to no avail. Please correct this issue soon so I can complete my site.
Thank you, Jillian
Hi cameoxlover,
The file upload process is working for me. Please check that you can see my test file: mosaic.jpg in your File Manager, then delete it.
How large is the file that you are attempting to upload? What type of file is it?
Have you seen this video tutorial: http://www.moonfruit.com/tutorials#video40515935? That covers the basics on uploading files.
Regards
Geoff, the Support team
Hi mangrumd,
I see 20 image files in your File Manager, so you have managed to upload at some stage - is this still a problem?
I have tested the process and that works for me. I've added a file to the File Manager - check that it's there, then delete it.
Regards
Geoff, the Support team
Thanks so much, it's working now!
