We are currently experiencing issues with Roundcube (the web mail service provided by our domain partner, Gandi).

There are two issues at present:

1. Log-in page displays in French by default * [This has now been fixed]
2. Send (a message) button is not working with IE (fine with Chrome and Firefox).

We have notified Gandi and hope to have a resolution soon.

In the meantime, customers can access web mail with Firefox or Chrome. Please select "English", then log-in.

NB. This will not affect any customers using a mail client, e.g. Outlook, Mail, or on a mobile phone.
