We've experienced an issue with a small slice (10%) of customers being able to upload files. Our team are working to fix this as quickly as possible. It may take as long as 24 hours to rectify but with luck we should have this corrected by lunchtime tomorrow.

No other service or feature is affected: only file uploads. And only 10% of customers.
