Is anyone else experiencing email issues this morning? Its happened to us before when there was an issue with Gandi. We've tried re-submitting our passwords but no luck.
We have not had any reports of problems with the email services or with Gandi this morning. The issue you are experiencing may be something specific to your account or login, and so I have raised a Support ticket to help you with this. We are also experiencing issues with our emails not coming through. This is an urgent issue and we need it to be addressed asap.
We are currently experiencing issues with Roundcube (the web mail service provided by our domain partner, Gandi).

I am a new user to Moonfruit, I paid for the domain which gives me e-mail access, however I cannot get it working using the suggested settings for Outlook. I am reluctant to have to pay a company to get support for something that is claimed to be present in the free services. I have just started a new business and have plans to grow and develop the site(s) but I need some confidence the e-mail functionality is fit for purpose.
All it gives me the option is to name the mailbox, there is no field for username etc.
Your webmail appears to be properly set up, it looks like this is an issue with your Outlook settings rather than the email functionality itself. I have raised a Support ticket for you to help you with this issue. Please look out for the update email coming soon.
Thanks for the response, I can't actually log in to my web mail via your app either.
There was a typo when changing the email on the "contact us" form. I fixed the typo so it works now. Is there any way to recover the return emails sent to the wrong address? It happened over the span of a few days (Aug 3 - 6), but I suspect there were many people trying to register during that time.
We don't want to lose all those contacts!
nope the senders will get no response, to tell them of this issue, I once did the same thing, learning curve to double check, i posted on blog any recently members please re register due to a technical fault.. sorry for any inconvienance
