Removing links from main menu items

Hi folks - apologies in advance if there's a simple answer to this. In the site i'm building i'd like only the drop-down sub pages below each menu category to be linked to pages. Is there a setting to stop the menu heading being a link to a page also?

For example, my 'ABOUT' menu item has two sub pages which appear when you hover over 'about'. I want the user to only be able to click on the sub pages and not on 'ABOUT' (to save me creating an unnecessary webpage for each menu title).

Hope that makes sense :-)

Phil

Hello Phil,

The way to do that is to have the parent button not be a page but a link button. To isnert a link button please follow these few simple steps:

Pages/Organise Pages/ Add Page/ Link Button/

I would advise creating and blank targetless button with no hyperlink. Arranging the above child buttons and configure the dependencies as normal, that way

the button cannot lead to anything.

Thanks,

Richard
