Hey guys,
In a bit of a pickle here.
My band page is http://www.psylus.co.uk.
I made a few changes to the site, clicked save, went to view my page and now I can't get past this message:
"Page cannot be found! Please check website address (URL) again and try again"
How do I and others get to view the page again?

I'm having exactly the same problem
me too! help!
What is wrong with moonfruit???? We want our website back!!!!!
same i cant edit my site
mine is down too
same problem here. very frustrating....
so what now how long do they take to resolve this?
Mine is down too...can't edit...says URL not found???????? I think it's time to move on...i am tired of this.
Mine is down too, and i guess many others are as well, so, best option?
How about some patience =)
I am sure the moonfruits will get our sites up and running eventually, so i'm not going to panic xx
Gah. I am also tired of this!
Same issues I hope they are on top of this
Me too, not very good especially as many sites are people businesses and main source of income...
Seems to be a common problem here. Hope posting will escalate the concern to a resolution. I need to get a site posted ASAP. Time is money..
I just bought a subscription and then this happens right after lol... so disappointed.
I have some sites that are down, and some sites are not. All of my sites if I try to access them through moonfruit.com page come up with the error however half of my sites will come up if I go to the site url directly. It is very strange. 2 of the domains I purchased through moonfruit (niether is working), 2 through GoDaddy (one is working and the other is not), 2 through Network Solutions (one is working the other is not). This is definitely a moonfruit issue.
I hope that this issue gets resolved ASAP! I love the service - but if it isn't going to be reliable then it is replaceable.
I'm having same problem too. Come on Moonfruit help us out here.
atleast they can notify us that it will be up and runnging by this time? NO?
Does anyone have a tech support phone number or even a company phone number for these guys? It would be great if we could call and get a status update!
Or at least acknowledgement of our issue!
me too. this is not nromal
and no word back from Moonfruit which is not good. they should adress this immediately- at least with a post.
I also notice Moonfruit was recently sold to another company called "Yell Group"- not a great start for them either
This morning brings the exciting news that Moonfruit has been acquired by the Yell Group. This move is strategically benefit both businesses.
Yell are a global business, with their HQ based in Reading (United Kingdom). With roots that stem back to British Telecom and the original UK Yellow Pages, Yell are now a leading global organisation dedicated to supporting SMBs (Small Medium Businesses) marketing activities, around the world.
The Moonfruit business will carry on as usual for customers, staff and the development of our product. We remain committed to delivering new and innovative features as set out in our development roadmap and we will also continue to improve on our Customer Service delivery.
The Moonfruit team will remain based in our London office.
For more details please visit our Blog page and read the latest article to customers by our CEO, Wendy Tan White.
WHERE IS OUR WEBSITE!!!
Moonfruit stopped their phone service a while back. Which is stupid if you ask me. And then things like this happen and you can't get in touch with them? Bloody daft innit. They could atleast notify us to let us know their working on it or something?
So Im not alone! Im sure many paid subscribers have been affected it appears we all have the same problems. Our small business is web based and we only accept online queries for our event. So if this continues for 24 hours big problem for us. Come on guys from Moonfruit or Yell Group whoever owns the company now help us quickly.!
3am in London- they must still all be out celebrating the sale of Moonfruit to Yell Group. Great stuff.
i have 150 sites in two different MF accounts- all run from New Zealand - NZ based domains names pointing to MF. They are all down. Every one of them. Complaints starting to come in. 1st client notified me around 2 hours ago now. Still no word from MF
How about we all go on Facebook and Twitter and post our concerns there where everyone can see them??
alex's comment above- patience is fine - and a good idea- once we actually know what is going on. an update would be nice.
Same issue here ... what other alternatives do we have? any ideas?
3.46 pm in New Zealand. 3.46am ish in UK. are all you guys up in the middle of the night? or is this just affecting Southern Server/ Aussie/ Kiwi?
I have just done twitter
Seriously....patience is fine, but it does run out......
I'm in Canada - 11:47pm here - it's been out since at least 9pm. I was being patient - since I haven't received an update from MoonFruit I figure I can lose my patients now
My website is DOWN... help moonfruit!
back up! mine are up. was just about to email 150 people to say sorry. good timing at least on that front :)
<----- been out and just got in, well, an hour ago, drinking coffee now lol i already tweeted the moonfruits, im still being patient, though i wont be patient for SIX MONTHS like i was with my last host, when i couldnt login to update in all that time on either of my paid for sites, with not one word from tech support, was three times as much to run as well, and i lost so much custom in all that time.
Moonfruits seem to be a bit less "f*** you" with their attitude, in fact so far i have found their customer service to be excellent, and i have never known the sites to be down for long, certainly not days/weeks like my last host, but a little update from the chaps here right now would be welcome, just to reassure us their onto it at least xx
my website seems to be ok now.
yup- mine are all back up. my god that gives me the jitters. :(
Mine are back up - however I am very disturbed with the customer service that they clearly don't provide!
yey, www.thegirlwithin.co.uk is back =)
see, i had faith in them lol cheers moonfruits, i can go to bed now, nanite xox
Mine are up as well... good timing...
Finally mine is up. Thanks Moonfruit support group! Whew, Its just in time. Receiving our participants registration in our event once more. Its like eternity and little panicky when you lose touch with your clients. Anyway its been resolved. Cheers :)
Hi everyone,
Thank you all for your comments and feedback. The reason we didn't post any update is that we're simply not sure about what caused the issue. We are investigating though, and we hope to give you an update about it very soon.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Antoine
Me too!!! What is going on Moonfruit?
Hi Spoonb,
Please provide your site address as we haven't experienced any issues today.
Kind regards,
Andrew
I am due to renew in a few days, but will not if this is not solved as I too cannot get on. Have just renewed my domains atoday!!! fisu-art
Hello fisu-art,
From looking at your Moonfruit Account, your domain names are not linked to your site. To set this up, please follow these few simple steps:
Login into your Moonfruit Account in edit mode > Admin Tab > Site Address > Add you domain names > Select a preferred site address.
Thanks,
Richard
Hi Moonfruit,

You are viewing the text version of this site. To view the full version please install the Adobe Flash Player and ensure your web browser has JavaScript enabled.
Could you please help or suggest how to make it appear to a normal website when it's searched up? I think my website's visitors still cannot access to my website as I try to search it from other device.
Many thanks,

Hi nooklau. Your site looks fine when I view it from my computer, but as the error message says, you do need to have Flash installed as moonfruit V5 sites are built and published using Flash. If you use the new V6 software, however, this problem won't occur as V6 sites are published in HTML5. V6 is still a Beta version though, so it may not yet have all the features you want, although new features are being added on a roll-out basis.
Hi nooklau,
You are running our v5 software which means you do need to have flash installed to view the full version of your site. The advisory notice you have received suggests that you do not have flash. Can you let me know if you were using a desktop device or mobile one, and which browser you are using please.
Thanks,
Juli
Hi Lotusleaf and Juli,
Thanks for your quick reply. I searched my website on my laptop using windows 8. I have noticed that my website keeps displaying in editor mode - is this purely because I use this laptop for the editing and if so how do I disable it for searching/checking purposes to make sure other users are viewing it correctly? Also I've noticed that when using iphone/ipad the ecommerce doesn't seem to work (purchases can't be made -'Mobile payments are not enabled. Please visit our site from a desktop computer to make your purchase.'). How do I turn on mobile payments (especially for iOS)?
Thanks,
Nooklau

Hi,
Sorry, I think I misunderstood you. When your site appears on Google with a preview it will show with the Flash warning. I'm afraid there is nothing we can do to change this. You will see edit mode - if you haven't fully logged out, and this will be just you, no-one else will see edit mode.

Juli
Hi Juli,
Sorry for my confusion. Yes, you are right. So, in this case, I wouldn't worry for it anymore if my website only display on editing mode on my computer. Thank you very much for your help.
