Urgent!! Desperately need help with webmail issues!

Hi,

We desperately need some help with issues we are having with our webmail.

Our children's Charity's website is run on moonfruit and we use our webmail very much on 4 or 5 different accounts, but since 8am this morning we haven't recieved any emails through it. I have tried sending emails to the webmail accounts from my hotmail email and I keep recieving: Delivery Failure Notification straight away.

We are able to log into the webmail accounts but there are no messages coming through at all, and we're getting so worried about how long it will take to start working and in the meantime what will be happening with any emails that are able to get through or form submissions from our website?

As the webmail is for our Children's Charity we desperately need it working and it's so urgent that we have access to to the emails coming through to it. Is there anything I can do or does anyone know of any issues happening with webmail at the moment or what may be the problem?

Webmail is playing up for me as well, lets me login then logs me out saying session expired or session invalid.  This is only happening on my PC, I am getting mail on my phone and Tablet okay.  What is wrong with it??

Hi godlikedesign,

More than one problem has been reported in this thread. Can you let us know exactly what trouble you are having with Webmail, including details of any error messages?

Hi,

Which username are you using to log in? Have you tried resetting your password?

mine does the same, its weird on moon fruit you have to use the first email you setted up to log in

Hi,

Your username is always the address of the mailbox that you set up - if you then go on to add aliases to this mailbox, the username won't change. If you set up a mailbox for each address that you want to use, each one will have its own username.
