First off, tried sending this in the "contact us" section to start a ticket, and it did not work (gripe #1!), so now trying to post this here...
Hello, I have recently started up a trial site with your site builder. I have to admit, it is extremely easy to use, visually pleasing, and it is working out well thus far, aside from one issue. This issue I need sorted out before I am comfortable with upgrading and starting to pay for a domain. On my site, as my main feature, I have a blog. In the blog, I would like to post videos from other sites (such as vevo and youtube) in individual blog posts. I have discovered your widgets which allow for html or youtube snippets to be posted, which I thought would accommodate my needs. Although, I still cannot post into actual blog posts. This seems extremely "mickey-mouse" and a large over-sight, given that youtube is such a huge social site, and I would like to have it so I can make a blog post about a youtube video, and right there my readers can click play, and the video belongs to the blog post, not the page as a whole.
So, I tried another method where I would make a blog post and just hit enter say 20 or 30 times, so that when I posted the blog entry, a blank space would be there for me to then put the html or youtube widget over top. Of course, I quickly discovered that when I added another blog post, the video remained in its spot and covered the newer added blog post.
Do you have a remedy for this problem? Or is there something I may be missing here? I am aware I can place links that my readers can click to get to the videos, but this is not good enough, and is a pain, not efficient, and not attractive.
Lastly, does this company not have phone support? I am worried that if I have a problem with my site such as this, or in the future, that this email system will run into problems...such as my email being lost, or the problem taking longer to solve than it should. A) 24hrs is a long reply time for a paying customer (as I would be)
B) If I don't describe the problem well, we could be going back and forth for some time to get the issue resolved.
I am loosing faith quickly, and reading some not-so-good things on internet forums about moonfruit and dealing with customer service. The reason I am even attempting to solve this issue is because I have spent my time in creating the site before realizing these issues. My interest here is for you to understand that I am likely not the only one with these concerns and that you may want to consider them for the betterment of your business; for whomever that may concern. Having said this, as I said above, I am pleased with your simplicity in designing the site and the visual aspects of things, which contributes to why I havent gone with your other competitors such as WIX, although they have a much more powerful site builder, it is more complicated to use.
Thanks for your time.

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback. I'm afraid it is not possible to include HTML in blog posts at the moment, so please accept our apologies. The Development team are aware of the importance of this feature, and we are planning on introducing it in the near future.
We do not currently offer telephone support, but tickets for urgent problems (such as a loss of email) are given priority, and you should expect a much quicker response. Although we aim to respond within 24 hours, it is usually quicker than this.

If you could expand on what the "near future" is. I'm aware you are likely unable to provide specifics, but is near future referring to the span of a year, months, or weeks?
If it is a matter of weeks, perhaps I would wait to upgrade and publish to the web. If this issue is not high on the priority list then it would be nice to know. Again I'm aware you likely cannot provide specifics, but more information would be nice. Some of your replies in other forum posts have been quite extensive and helpful, hopefully you can do the same here.
Thanks for your quick attention, and again for your time.
Hi,
Sorry for the delayed reply on this one - I can tell you that there are plans to firm up the timescale for this, but I'm afraid the people that would know more about this aren't in the office today. Without knowing the details, it's hard to give you a better idea, but I would expect it to be in the order of months rather than next year.
I'll keep this thread open, and let you know when I can find out something more useful.
HTH,
Gary
