Internet Explorer and display/functionality

My site displays incorrectly when viewed with IE 32- or 64-bit. The right-hand side of the page is cut off so some links and information can't be used or read. It is fine with Google or Firefox. I notice others have told you about problems with IE and as so many people / potential customers use this browser are you going to resolve the problem?

Hi,

This is probably to do with IE's zoom control - if it is set to something other than 100%, it can cause the site to appear cropped. Setting it back to 100% will cure it.

I'm afraid there isn't much we can do about this currently, as Flash simply does not support dynamic page zooming in the same way as HTML. However, it isn't very common for the zoom setting to stray away from 100%.

HTH,

Gary

I believe that some of the features are incompataible with IE v 9.

Hi,

Which features are you referring to? Could you give us more details about that?

This is ridiculous! Only half my site displays in IE! And we are thinking of getting a reseller pack, not good for business if customers can't even see our web design website!

Hi "sophierj"

As my colleague stating in the above post, it is probably to do with IE's zoom control - if it is set to something other than 100%, it can cause the site to appear cropped. Setting it back to 100% will cure it.

Thanks

Richard
