I use Moonfruit alot and am generally pleased BUT I have a free site which I am unable to log out off, because it is free I am unable to get ANY support. I have tried all sorts to log out including turning the computer off at the wall and starting all over again. It is really frustrating that I am unable to turn to anyone for help and this issue needs addressing. PLEASE offer limited help at the very least to free sites....the forum is no good unless someone else has posted the same problem (I have been unable to find anyone who has so far)

Hi,
You can always send us queries through the general contact form, on this page: http://www.moonfruit.com/contact
Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies on your browser? If not could you please give that a go and let us know the outcome?
Antoine
Hi,
We've made a few changes to the way login sessions are handled at this end today. Can you try clearing your browser's cache, cookies and history, and try logging out again?
Many thanks,
Gary
I can't log out either and I've cleared the history, my members log in box disappeared from the page, although it was visible in edit mode, but not on the page. I created a new log in box, which then told me my log in details are not recognised. The site in question is www.ronniegrieco.com
On one of my other sites www.thesoulguy.com images keep disappearing from the pages and I keep having to replace them again from my files
Hi,
The login problem from last night was fixed this morning - apologies for the inconvenience there.
Images will usually disappear from a site if they are removed from the File Manager - this is quite normal. If this isn't what it happening on your site, I'd suggest sending a ticket through to Support so that they can investigate further.
HTH,
Gary
Thanks Gary, but I've long since given up on opening support tickets. The problem I've mentioned above isn't due to images being removed from the file manager, it's one of many glitches such as tickers disappearing, gradient overlays drifting out of alignment when image maps are put over them etc. Here's a screenshot of what I see most of the time when I try to add a comment to this forum for example - I opened a ticket about this months ago, but never got a reply. Is there any chance of my homepage at www.thesoulguy.com being updated on my dashboard please so the correct image can be used on social networking sites. Cheers.
Hi,
We'd much prefer it if you could open a support ticket, as it does make it easier to deal directly with your problem. However, if you don't want to do that, could you re-post the details of your problem in a new thread? The problems you are reporting are different to the one in this thread.
Thanks,
Gary
Opened a ticket the other day regarding the incorrect dashboard image - no answer and the problem is still the same.
Hi,
Thanks for that - I'll ask that someone in Support gets back to you through the ticket, but I can at least tell you that the dashboard problem is being looked at.
HTH,
Gary
This problem has been ongoing now for about two weeks. Why is it so difficult to fix?
Hi,
The current problem is actually not quite the same as the previous one, but both relate to the way that the system processes updated sites for screenshotting. This has been assigned a high priority within the relevant department, so we should see a fix for it soon.
HTH,
Gary
