If you try to use the 'Sign in to customise' link on the Facebook Shop settings page and it doesn't work, then you may not have set up Facebook Connect. Setting up Facebook Connect provides a secure connection between your shop and Facebook.

To set up Facebook Connect follow the instructions below:

1. Click on People (toolbar) > Settings (tab)
2. At the bottom of the page look for "Link your page to Facebook"
3. Click on "Fix"
4. Now select the first option (visit the Facebook Application creation page)
5. Select “Create new App”
6. Login to your Facebook account and select “Allow”
7. Register your website
8. Confirm your action by following the security check
9. Click on the first option (Website)
10. Now enter full url of what you have chosen as your 'Preferred site address' e.g. http://www.yoursiteaddress.com
11. Follow the onscreen instructions
