Hi all, I know you already have been asked this, but am having lots of negative feedback from clients/customers on this one.  Please please please as a priority get the quantity button done on the software.  Dont want to have regular frustrated clients going elsewhere because they cannot order more than one.

Thanks for your urgent action on this one!

Hi,

Thanks - this has been noted. I'm going to add a poll a little later on today, so that people can vote on what they think is the most important feature for us to add next.

Gary

With all due respect, I am a bit surprised this rather standard feature was not involved in the very first release. And if I understand it correctly it is not even something that has priority in developing? Don't bother with multiple posting options; if the client doesn't understand how to purchase multiple products nothing will be purchased in the first place so Royal mail wont be sending anything at all!

Sadly wont be using it until further notice...:(

i have upgraded my account to get full ecommerce and still NO QUANTITY button - this is ridiculous.... i sell invites and most people will be ordering more than one so this makes my business a joke,....

Hi,

Just to confirm - categories are coming, and they should be released within the next 1-2 weeks.

Just built my website and discovered there's no stock control - I can't have a retail website without stock control so will have to stick with Etsy until this feature arrives (I was going to upgrade my account but it's not worth it now). Gutted!! Please please please prioritise stock control! (I can manage without categories but not this).

Love Moonfruit - great site but Bring on Stock Control and automated sold sticker for one-off items!!! My site is only a holding page until I can make the rest of the site visible and start selling...we're waiting and Christmas is coming!!

I cannot believe it needs a POLL !!!! to get a quantity on a SHOP site - wake up.

I am waiting to sign up with you but I am not going to design a site and pay for a service if My shop cannot sell more than 1 unit per customer.

Cowboy operation!

This fundamental cockup makes me wonder what other features you havent had time to get in before you release the software

I think I will wait a year to see if you are still operating.

How can you have a shopping site with NO categories and NO quantity !!!!!!

Okay Galvinpeter...you could have easily said all this in a single email rather than being SO DRAMATIC.  The shop is still in BETA, which means: "In software development, a beta test is the second phase of software testing in which a sampling of the intended audience tries the product out."  By giving it to us early, they let US test it to see what we need.  We are telling them.  They are listening.  If you can't possibly wait, there is a new site I discovered called http://www.shoply.com. It's like ETSY, but for everyone...not just artists.  It's a 10% commission but it should have everything you need.  I will probably be adding this to my site until the full shop gets rolled out.
