Hi,

Because of the bespoke hosting environment used for our service, I'm afraid FTP access is not possible - all content must be uploaded through the editor.

so what is the best way to upload images fro clients from a recent shoot? before i just went into light room and uploaded the ftp. there must be a easy way of uploading a gallery, rather then uploading 1 by 1

Hi,

You can upload images directly into the editor - just click the Upload button. From there, you can select multiple images to upload at once.
