I get the above message and submitted a ticket on Monday evening (25/7/11)
I have had one response from moonfruit at 16.14 the following day stating that the most recent site restore point is from 17th May.
Strangely I can still see my site in edit mode and it is up to date as per the last time I saved any changes (i.e. 26/7/11)
This does not make any sense to me.
I have also not had any further response from moonfruit and my site has now been unavailable for over 40 hours which is ridiculously unacceptable.
Does anyone have a customer support / complaints telephone number? Despite repeated requests for assistance and information no-one has followed up with me.
Definitely agree with the general feeling on this place that moonfruit really needs to up its game regarding support / customer services.
I am sorry that you feel you aren't receiving an appropriate level of Support. I can see that your ticket has been replied to again, to confirm that your site is affected by a bug - a fix for this has been issued, and it will be rolled out within the next couple of hours.
Thanks Gary - are you also able to answer some of the other questions in my ticket that remain unanswered?
1) Why can my remaining sites be seen but not playnetball.com? 2) Why can I see the site in edit mode but not in user mode? 3) When will my site be back online 4) what sort of compensation will I be getting for lost business / additional resource required to field customer queries / complaints about the site not being available. 5) Is the option to restore to a previous point still available? 6) Where can I get information about Moonfruit downtime ?
Please provide me with a postal and dedicated email address to which I can make a formal complaint
