Problems Renewing my Free webpages.

Hello, I have 4-5 websites up since last year, the problem is I cannot renew them now, I keep pressing the renew button and it doesnt seem to work at all. I have 4 other accounts apart from this one (panchaiy1, panchaiy2, panchaiy3, panchaiy4). If you guys could renew the subscription till you solve the problem. Thanks for providing such a good service, panchaiy.

Hi,

On the: panchaiy account there is an active website. I have no problem logging into that.

I have reactivated two of the accounts and now they are all available, though not all have websites. It is a case of 'Use them or lose them' - the accounts stay open if you log in from time to time to edit them.

Geoff I cannnot edit them as it says my free subscription has expired. I need help with that. I cannot use the renew button.

Hi,

All of your accounts seem to have been renewed. Can you let me know which ones are still reporting as expired when you log in?

my free sub has expired I presume as cannot access my website- what should I do???

Your subscription is still active - can you let us know how you are trying to access your site, and what happens when you do?
