Bing Webmaster requires you to add a line of code into the <head> section of your default page like this:
<meta name="msvalidate.01" content="E684156ED95074C64379F9DE8Efxdsxds" />
It would be helpful if Moonfruit can support this within the "Admin -> Site Information" tab. Should be very easy to be implemented.

I have encountered the same problem with Bing Webmaster. So Moonfruit, how do we register our site with Bing if we can't verify ownership?

Verification with search engines other than Google is something that we should be looking at once the Blog and Shop are completed. However, Bing will still quite happily index an unverified site.

Following up on the above comment. This is what you get when you try and register with Yahoo or Bing now
"With the completion of algorithmic transition to Bing, Yahoo! Search has merged Site Explorer into Bing Webmaster Tools. Webmasters should now be using the Bing Webmaster Tools to ensure that their websites continue to get high quality organic search traffic from Bing and Yahoo!."
Other than having to add a CNAME Record on to the domain, which is OK if you have access to the domain control panel, there is no other way to register the domain and verify the account. When will you be adding the capability to add a tag on the head section or adding a system like you have for Google?
This is something that Moonfruit urgently needs to adapt to. Otherwise I am sure that myself and many other users will soon leave. You must be able to find a similar solution as you did with google analytics, etc.
I completely agree with the above comments. It would be of great help to have a wider range of search engines that I could index my site on. Google isn't the only one out there!
Moonfruit, come on, your Blog and Shop are up and running now, get to work guys, and maybe I'll upgrade my service.....
Moonfruit is going great guys, but as I'm sure you know if you don't keep up to date then other sites will fill the gap.
Verification for bing is urgently needed otherwise people will go else where and I'd hate to see that happen. Moonfruit is so user friendly and helpful and I'd like to stay.

Apologies; that was actually aimed at the post above yours. It would seem that Alexa offer the option to create a CNAME record to prove ownership of your domain name. If you can let us know the details that they want you to use, we can set it up.
