Phone support would be really great, although I understand you probably don't have enough staff!
ME TOO - In the long run it may mean that problems get solved quicker and you don't go round in circles !
I'll mark this as 'Planned', but I don't want to give any sort of timescale at the moment. We don't currently have the staff numbers required, as t18creative correctly pointed out, but we are looking at the possibility of providing some kind of real-time support, even if it isn't telephone-based.
Could somebody please provide me with a telephone number and an email address because I need to update my website but it seems I DO NOT have authority to make changes!
I'm afraid we don't currently offer phone support, but there are other ways to get in touch with us. You can start a new thread in the Forum - the General or Help from Site Leaders forums are most appropriate - or you can send us a ticket.
Whats the turnaround on ticket responses?
We aim to respond to tickets within 24 hours, but are generally well inside this at the moment.

Moonfruit trying to respond to client's needs is like NASA trying to control a remote vehicle on another distant world - the time delay makes things impossible. If ever there was a case for not doing things on a budget, this is it - life this tough just isn't worth it. Sorry, the Moonfruit corporate 'vision' of client service truly sucks. Buyer beware!! Pay a little extra and have it done properly, that would be my advice.
I am desperate for some contact as all mailboxes connected to our websites are completely down at the moment. My account username is tayoa10. I have put in 2 differentquery tickets on this issues as the problem gets progressively worse, but 48 hours after, my tickets statusses says they are still waiting to be assigned to a helpdesk operators. please help all emails sent to us bounce back and we cant send emials either. This is not good for business.

Your support ticket was replied to on the 5th - if you haven't seen the mail, I'd suggest checking your Junk folder.
I have just moved my domain name to Moonfruit! Big mistake!!! This is ridiculous...waiting over 24 hours for urgent support! This is extremely frustrating! Only moved as part of a package through my business account, but this is making me want to pull my hair out!

Please Please Please Please can someone reply to my urgent ticket. I have clients trying to reach me by e-mail...which is not working. I bought this account through Barclays, I am not expecting miracles, but just an e-mail would be great! 171891 is our ticket number.
I need my domain name transferred asap... I received my ticket number on 30th July (#173434) & the matter still hasn't been resolved... Can any of the moonfruit staff please deal with the matter urgently as I can not run my business properly unless I transfer & host the domain
